Summary

Primarily UI-layer platform work: macOS/iOS scroll behavior (scroll pockets, obscured content insets, `NSRefreshController`/`UIRefreshControl` upstreaming, scroll stretching and pull-to-refresh) plus accessibility color modes and PDF accessibility foundations, concentrated in the WebKit and Platform layers with supporting WebCore changes. The pattern is feature bring-up and regression fixing against new AppKit/UIKit APIs rather than security work — no commits classified as security fixes or hardening, and the recurring theme is chasing availability and activation-loop issues introduced by fresh platform SDK surfaces.
