Summary

Almost exclusively test gardening — marking flaky and timing-out layout tests across macOS Sequoia and Tahoe bots, which is why the component mix skews toward Platform and test infrastructure rather than engine code. No security or hardening commits; the touched areas are LayoutTests expectations, not WebCore/JSC logic. The one indirect signal is coverage: the recurring flaky-and-timeout markings across webgl conformance, webgpu, webrtc, and service-worker preload tests indicate suites that are intermittently not enforcing their assertions on those configurations.
