Summary
Smackteo works almost entirely on WebKit's test and developer infrastructure: `git-webkit` tooling (including patch application from bug tracker attachments), the api-test expectations parser and its style checker, the parallel-safety allowlist for iOS api-tests, and resultsdbpy's archive/URL handling. The remainder is gardening — marking layout-test expectations, reverts, and post-landing build fixes — with one engine-side change touching AX wrapper attachment for `AXLocalFrame`. No security or hardening work appears in this window, and the commit pattern is infrastructure rather than engine internals.
